A Proctorville man from Ohio claims he developed cancer and other health issues because of his exposure toxic substances when he worked for csx transportation copd Transportation. John Holderby filed suit in Cabell Circuit Court alleging negligence under federal Employers Liability. The lawsuit seeks damages for compensation with post-judgment and pre-judgment interest. Holderby was employed in the Huntington Heavy Repair Shop during his employment. He was exposed to diesel fumes, CSX Transportation Lymphoma asbestos and welding fumes. Treatment

The outcome for patients with lymphoma is dependent on the kind of lymphoma, the location it is located, and whether or not it affects the central nervous system (CNS). Primary CNS lymphoma that does not involve the dura is associated with a better outcome than patients with dura involvement.

The most common lymphoma of the CNS is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. This can be found in the spleen and bone marrow or even in the brain. It can be present in children and adults. This type of lymphoma can cause numerous symptoms, such as vomiting, headaches and weakness as well as seizures.

Prognosis
